Christine Johnston helps with the production process. She delivers the magazine to many outlets near Saxmundham and Aldeburgh.
Christine is a Reiki Master and teacher. She hosts monthly Reiki Shares at her home in Sternfield. Christine is author of Raja: The Story of an Indian Elephant, a beautiful book for children.
Alce Eastaugh manages the distribution of Inspirations. As soon as the magazines are delivered by the printers, Alice sorts the magazines for the volunteer distributors to collect and deliver to outlets and delivers many magazines herself. All the team are involved in distributing the magazine which helps the outlets to be widespread and diverse.
Alice is a massage practitioner and she teaches relaxation techniques.
Charlotte Daniel works on the design and production of Inspirations, as well as editing the magazine. She helps to design some adverts for the magazine and designs and updates this website.
Charlotte assists with the management of a wildlife site near Woodbridge at which she organises events. She enjoys writing and painting and is dedicating much more of her time to these pursuits with the aim of creating works, inspired by nature and totem animals, to share with others. Charlotte practices Reiki and occssionally writes a nature column for the East Anglian Daily Times.
Keith Dunbar edits the Network Diary section of the magazine, which is a free events diary specialising in complementary therapies, spirituality, healing, personal development, creativity and physical activities developing physical, emotional and spiritual well-being, originally centred in East Suffolk, but gradually spreading into South Norfolk and the rest of Suffolk.
Network Diary has been in existence in one form or another for several years, following on from the original Network Magazine based in Halesworth in November 1995. For a long time it was just a two-sided A4 sheet. Keith started editing it in December 1999, having both time on his hands as an ill-health retired GP and a keen interest in personal development, and with a lot of help and ideas from Rosie Arthur it grew to 8 pages.
After it’s hundredth issue, in February 2005, Keith tried to set it up as a website, but in due course decided he’d done enough, and it was taken over by Spirituality Matters, which in turn was taken over by Inspirations Magazine.
